Nasdaq-100 fund lands on Stellar, and Americans are left out

2026-10-28

Janus Henderson, an asset manager, and Centrifuge, a tokenization platform, have launched a fund on the Stellar blockchain that tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index. Cointelegraph reported the launch on Oct 27, 2026.

The fund is open only to eligible investors based outside the United States. US investors are not included in the offering as reported.

Cointelegraph describes the launch as part of Janus Henderson's growing institutional tokenization business. The report does not give the fund's size, its fees, its minimum investment, or a list of the countries where it can be sold.

For someone already holding a perpetual futures position on Bitget, Bybit, MEXC or OKX, this changes nothing directly. The report names no perpetual contract, no exchange listing and no change to funding rates, trading fees or liquidity on any of those venues.
