Binance is closing Binance Pool, its crypto mining pool, along with related services. The shutdown takes effect on Nov. 10. The exchange announced it on Tuesday, and Cointelegraph reported it on Oct. 13, 2026.
The pool has operated for more than six years. Binance is asking miners who use it to move to other pools before the closing date.
The report does not say why Binance is closing the pool. It also does not say how many miners use it or how much hashrate they will have to move elsewhere. Those details are not yet known from this report.
For anyone already holding a perpetual position on Bitget, Bybit, MEXC or OKX, nothing changes directly. Binance is not one of the four exchanges this site tracks. The announcement concerns a mining service, not derivatives, so the report gives no reason to expect a change to funding rates, trading fees or order-book liquidity on these venues.
