Strategy, the company led by Michael Saylor and the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, has declared daily cash dividends on its STRC preferred stock for November. The catch is that the declaration is conditional. It takes effect only if shareholders approve it and the related amendments come into force.
According to Cointelegraph's report of Oct 16, 2026, the board declared a cash dividend for each calendar day starting Nov. 30. The report says payments begin in November, but the available text is cut off before the exact payment date. Neither the dividend amount nor the date of the shareholder vote appears in what we have.
STRC has $100 as its par value and has continued to trade below that level. The report does not say how far below $100 the stock is. It also does not give the company's reason for moving to daily payouts.
For anyone already holding a perpetual futures position on Bitget, Bybit, MEXC or OKX, this changes nothing directly. STRC is a preferred stock, not one of the perpetual contracts we track. The story contains no information on funding rates, trading fees or liquidity on any of these exchanges.
