OG.com Markets has applied for approval from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission to offer perpetual futures linked to individual stocks. OG.com was recently spun out of Crypto.com. Cointelegraph reported the filing on Sep 25, 2026.
OG.com is not the first to ask. Coinbase, Kalshi and Payward, the parent company of Kraken, are also seeking approval to list perpetual futures on individual US stocks. These trading platforms are trying to bring a product that is already popular in crypto into US equity markets.
The report does not say whether the CFTC has approved any of these requests, or when it might decide. It also does not say which stocks would be offered, how funding would be calculated or what fees OG.com would charge. For now, all of these are applications and nothing has been approved.
If you already hold a perpetual position on Bitget, Bybit, MEXC or OKX, this changes nothing directly. The filing is a US regulatory request that has not been approved. It does not affect the funding rates, fees or liquidity on those four exchanges. We will track this if a US single-stock perpetual actually launches with published funding and fee terms.
