Strategy follows Strive: daily dividends for STRC, same

2026-09-25

Strategy has asked its shareholders to approve daily dividend payments on its four preferred stocks. One of the four is STRC. The news was published on September 25, 2026.

Strategy says the dividend rates would not change, and neither would the total amount paid. Only the payment schedule would change: holders would get the same money in daily installments.

Strive, a Bitcoin treasury firm, has already made a similar change. The report does not give a date for the shareholder vote, and it does not say how shareholders are expected to vote.

For anyone already holding a perpetual futures position on Bitget, Bybit, MEXC or OKX, this changes nothing directly. The proposal covers dividends on Strategy's preferred stock. It does not touch funding rates, trading fees or liquidity on perpetual markets, and it does not change how much Strategy pays out in total.
